Most build sessions run 4–6 hours, depending on the complexity of your setup. Some clients prefer to split it across two sessions. Everything is customized to your pace and schedule.

Not at all. Most of our clients are executives and founders, not engineers. I handle all the technical work — you just need to tell me about your workflows, priorities, and how you like to work.

I'm tool-agnostic and pick what's best for your use case. Common stack includes Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, n8n, Zapier, Make, and custom scripts. For the Sovereign tier, I set up local models like Llama or Mistral on your hardware.

Absolutely. Many clients start with Essentials to see the value, then upgrade to Professional or Sovereign when they're ready for ongoing optimization or local deployment. The price difference is applied as credit.

You own everything. Every assistant, automation, and configuration is documented and handed off to you. Your system keeps running — it doesn't depend on me. If you want ongoing optimization, that's what the retainer tiers are for.

I take data privacy seriously. Cloud deployments use encrypted, access-controlled VPS instances. The Sovereign tier goes further — everything runs on your machine, so no data ever leaves your network. I never retain or access your data after the engagement.
